Neil Todd from Ripon, North Yorkshire, who also runs guided MTB rides as Dales Trails is raising money for Cancer Research UK by cycling all 25 Dales in the North Yorkshire National Park over four days this week. (That’s around 150 miles with plenty of hills).

Neil’s mum was diagnosed with Leukaemia a couple of years ago and sadly lost her battle to it earlier this year. Neil is riding for her and everyone else who has suffered or will suffer from cancer in the hope one day all cancer will be curable.

As well as setting himself this tough ride to complete Neil is taking other riders around the routes each day and instead of him being paid for the guided ride, he is asking for donations to his just giving page which all goes to Cancer Research.

I will be joining him on Saturday with a few guys and look forward to a tough but worthwhile ride up in’t Dales. If anyone else is interested in joining for a day of cycling contact him through his website. *Please note spaces are limited and might already be full.

A special mention goes to SubSports who have donated some great cycling kit to be bought by the riders taking part at great prices with all money going to Cancer Research UK too.

If you wish to donate and/or wish Neil well his justgiving page can be found here.
